The new series of The Farmer Wants A Wife, 12 brave souls have put their hands up to declare themselves in the market for love and with so many lovelorn men and women on the land it’s only fair we cast the net far and wide to help them on their romantic quest. The Farmer Wants a Wife is not a competition, there is no prize-money and the only winner in the end is … love itself!
Guiding the new crop of farmers on their journey to love is host Natalie Gruzlewski who becomes their confidante, privy to their innermost thoughts as they discover untapped emotions.
The series starts with a gathering to meet the farmers potential partners and over the weeks, they will reduce in numbers to five prospects before all going on a group date to decide on the top three people each farmer would like to get to know better. The farmers then invite their three choices back to the farm to spend 10 days learning about country life, hard work, meeting family and friends. Some of the visitors will relish the opportunity; others will struggle away from city comforts.
One things for sure is that kisses will be stolen, tears will flow and hearts will be broken. But at the end of the series five the big question will be answered - has the farmer found a wife?
