CSI: Miami is a cutting edge scientific drama that follows a South Florida team of forensic investigators.  Consider it a tropical blend of people, culture, nightlife and, of course, the occasional killing or two.

David Caruso stars as Lieutenant Horatio Caine; the head of the Miami-Dade crime lab and a detective with a dangerous edge and a blind allegiance to justice.

Horatio is known to be protective of his team of investigators who include Eric Delko an underwater recovery expert with knowledge of the Florida waterways; Calleigh Duquesne a ballistics expert; Ryan Wolfe a specialist in blood work and trace evidence.  The team would not be complete without the assistance of Natalia Boa Vista, the DNA specialist and Detective Frank Tripp. 

Through the teams tireless investigative efforts of analyzing the body of evidence and their good old fashioned police work they solve crimes where the victims cannot speak for themselves.
