The teachers union claims the government's naming and shaming local schools.
But the Education Minister Geoff Wilson says the site's a useful tool for parents.
"Information is power and we want parents to be in a position in making the the best choices they can for their students." says Education Minister Geoff Wilson.
The information was gathered from last years Australian numeracy and literacy tests.
"Bundaberg teachers are very concerned about the effects on schools if they're ranked to league tables where there will be winners and losers." says Alan Cook from the Teachers' Union.
The site shows average index scores for the tests conducted on students in years three, five, seven and nine.
Results showed fourteen percent of Yarillee State School students scored in the top quarter while thirty percent ranked in the bottom.
Thirty eight percent of Pialba State School students were in the bottom and just five percent in the top.
Compared to three percent of Torquay state school students in the top quarter and forty seven percent in the bottom.
"Its a reflection on the entire school and it could have been just some students who did badly and it brings the entire school down." One resident says.
"Stigmatise schools, students and teachers in those schools, reality is, this is based on a test that's not valid anyway." says Teachers' Union President Steve Ryan.
If the website isn't taken down by April, teachers will decide if they will strike at the numeracy and literacy tests this year.
