Pat O'Shea began in radio in 1973 at 4AK Toowoomba.
He spent a year at 4KQ Brisbane in 1977 before returning to Toowoomba, taking up with WIN Television as a sports reporter, then quickly moving into the presenting role.
Pat's local sporting experience is second to none.
Pat has been the resident race caller at Clifford Park in Toowoomba every Saturday since 1986, also calling greyhounds and harness racing during that time.
Pat calls the Darling Downs rugby league matches on Sundays and has also called basketball, rugby union, boxing and soccer matches over the years.
As well as reading WIN Sport, Pat is the sports director and part of the breakfast team with Radio 4WK, a position he has held there since 1985.
When he has spare time, Pat enjoys time with his wife Cecile and their three children James, Kate and Karen.
