The way to access the rescan function is different from each television to television and set top box to set top box. As such, we strongly recommend that you read your receiver's manual for details on how to find and perform this function.

As an example, a "typical" process to access and perform a rescan on a digital receiver might go something like this:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote
  2. Using your remote navigate to the "Install" or "Configure" or "Admin" option and select
  3. Using your remote select the Autoscan or Scan function

Please note that an autoscan function for all channels may take up to 3-5 minutes.

10. I have rescanned my digital receiver, but I am unable to access the new channel?

If you are currently receiving digital television services and live in an apartment or other building complex, it is possible that you may require the services of a qualified antenna installer to configure the master antenna system to deliver WIN Television's new GO! channel to your television.

If you continue to have issues with reception of the GO! channel, please use our TV Reception Feedback form for further information and assistance.
