Doctors are warning of widespread vitamin D deficiencfy in adults and children.. which can lead to conditions like rickets and alos cause harm to unborn babies.
Office workers who spend their days indoors are most at risk of low vitamin D levels.
The current advice is that we should all spend 10 minutes in the sun, 3 times a week to stay healthy.
