Sunraysia footy league may be in for a shake-up for the premiership, with last year's trophy takers losing a good handful of key players.
MARK ALVEY, Wentworth Coach: Obviously I knew I was going to use Jason Bell, probably Wade Hancock will play Pioneers all the year. Warwick Brady is probably the big one. He's going to go back and play for his home club at Walpeup, which will probably be their last year. Brian Crowley has gone away to Uni in Adelaide.
But the Wentworth coach doesn't seem too worried about losing so many from his premiership side.
MARK ALVEY: At the same time I've got a lot of outstanding young guys coming through, so that's exciting. Preseason has been about getting those guys nice and fit, and developing them and getting them used to the game plan, the way we want them to play.
Alvey says most of his talented youngsters have already had a taste of senior footy and his side should be back-to-back flag ready, by mid season.
MARK ALVEY: It's always tough to back it up and you know, every other team is going to be hunting us because we did win the premiership last year. So that's going to be a challenge. But most of the boys are up for it.
