Police were called to Cowper Road yesterday afternoon and found the 46 year old parked half off the footpath.. asleep with his foot on the accelerator, cauing the car to rev loudly.

It took polce several attempts to wake the man.. he was eventually arrested and taken to Warilla Police Station where he was charged with numerous offences includign high range PCA and had his licence suspended.
