  • 30 years experience with International and Australian food companies, in the areas of new product development for retail and food service products and as Corporate Home Economist for multinational companies such as Goodman Fielder.

  • Writing and producing recipes, cooking instructions and marketing support material and food styling for product promotions, packaging, magazines, television ads and videos.

  • Creation and production of many products under private labels as well as “Bush Bank” product range of chilli jam and marmalade products, one of which won a Scovie Award in the USA in 2004 under the Out of Oz Flavours of Australia brand.

  • Appearing in training and advertising videos and segments of TV shows such as cooking advertorials on Good Morning Australia.

  • Winning international awards for food service/restaurant recipe competitions and retail products.

  • Writing and/or contributing to many cook books and booklets.
