All contractors performing specialised works (eg Rigging, Electrical, Plumbing) must be pre-registered and approved on the WIN TV Access Portal. To lodge a new submission or to update existing certifications already lodged, please CLICK HERE.

Contactors must have valid registration prior to the submission of any Site Access Request pertaining to specialised works.
